El gobierno lanza un nuevo DNI
Este martes, a través de la disposición 1154/2020, publicada en el Boletín Oficial, se oficializó el nuevo DNI, que trae una versión digital renovada e incluye en el carné la plataforma bicontinental al mapa del territorio nacional.
De acuerdo a la medida, se aprueban las nuevas características de diseño de la hoja personalizada de datos del Documento Nacional de Identidad y se aprueba el nuevo diseño de la Credencial Virtual del DNI para dispositivos móviles inteligentes.
El nuevo documento costará $300, que corresponde al valor del DNI tarjeta, mientras que la versión digital que se puede llevar en el celular no tiene valor adicional.
¿Para qué servirá la versión digital?
La versión digital del DNI es un documento digitalizado, que cumple con las mismas funciones que el DNI tarjeta, excepto para votar y viajar fuera del país.
Para tener el documento digital en el celular es necesario ser ciudadano argentino o extranjero, con residencia vigente, mayor de 14 años, y que tramite un nuevo ejemplar de DNI.
El Ministerio de Interior explicó que la versión digital es opcional y no reemplaza al DNI físico, sino que complementa, al DNI tarjeta vigente.
¿Qué pasa con el antiguo DNI?
La Dirección Nacional del Registro Nacional de las Personas aclaró que los DNI de nacionales y extranjeros se “seguirán expidiendo con las hojas personalizadas de datos aprobadas oportunamente, hasta agotar la existencia de materiales, momento a partir del cual se utilizará el diseño que se aprueba en la presente medida, manteniéndose vigentes todos los que fueran oportunamente emitidos, hasta tanto se efectivice su canje”.
¿Como funciona, se acreditará la identidad con el DNI digital y que valor tiene?
Funciona accediendo a la aplicación Mi Argentina. La sola exhibición siguiendo estos pasos acredita identidad al igual que el DNI físico: Exhibilo entrando desde cero a la aplicación, luego a Mi Billetera y finalmente a DNI Digital. Una vez allí, ingresá el pin de seguridad y actualizá la credencial virtual para que la última actualización coincida con la fecha y hora de consulta.
Como es la versión virtual del DNI físico tiene la misma validez. Al modificar el DNI digital tarjeta se modifica automáticamente el DNI en tu celular.
