Diferentes actores de la industria rosarina de espectáculos con el apoyo del Ministerio de Cultura de la Provincia de Santa Fe, la Secretaría de Cultura de la Municipalidad de Rosario, la Fundación del Complejo Cultural Parque de España y Ciudad Futura se unen en un ciclo de música local con el río Paraná como telón de fondo.
Trabajadores de diferentes áreas de la industria rosarina de los espectáculos comenzaron a trabajar juntos, pensando horizontes comunes, entendiéndose como actores fundamentales para el desarrollo de la escena local a nivel país.-
Por eso, con el apoyo del Ministerio de Cultura de la Provincia de Santa Fe, la Secretaría de Cultura de la Municipalidad de Rosario, la Fundación del Complejo Cultural Parque de España y Ciudad Futura dan inicio a este ciclo como una forma de crear nuevos espacios de encuentro, de debate e intercambio entre aquellos que, desde distintos lugares -técnicos, artistas, prensas, productores, entre otros.-
Cada productora desarrollará la programación de su respectiva noche, teniendo en cuenta las pautas pre establecidas del ciclo y las disposiciones municipales.-
Los aspectos técnicos de cada show serán cubiertos por la Cámara de Proveedores Técnicos de Rosario.-
