Coronavirus: Se suspenden las cirugías programadas en la provincia

El gobierno de Santa Fe decidió restringir todas las cirugías programadas en hospitales públicos de la provincia desde esta semana, como una medida de contención ante la segunda ola de coronavirus.

Desde este jueves, 1° de abril, se suspenderán las intervenciones «leves» que estaban programadas y puedan posponerse, con la intención de comenzar a liberar camas postquirúrgicas en el sistema de salud, publica El Litoral.

Las cirugías de urgencia seguirán de igual manera, independientemente de la pandemia, mientras que las programadas quedarán sujetas a la determinación, caso por caso, de cada director de hospital en función de la disponibilidad de plazas.
