Piden informes sobre nuevas habilitaciones comerciales en Pichincha y Pellegrini
El Concejo Municipal de Rosario indaga por las amenazas y extorsiones que sufrieron gastronómicos instalados en la zona de Pichincha y por el presunto desembarco de capitales del delito en el mismo rubro sobre la avenida Pellegrini. El cuerpo aprobó un pedido de informes del edil Roy López Molina, presidente del bloque Cambiemos y de la Comisión de Control, Convivencia y Seguridad Ciudadana.
«Solicitamos a la Municipalidad informes sobre la cantidad de habilitaciones y cambios de titularidad de establecimientos ubicados en esas zonas entre marzo de 2020 y mayo de 2021. El objetivo es hacer un análisis exhaustivo acerca de si detrás de esas modificaciones aparecen nombres que están directa o indirectamente vinculados a actividades ilegales, o cuyos antecedentes no están vinculados al rubro», explicó López Molina.
La iniciativa surgió porque «comerciantes y trabajadores gastronómicos vienen sufriendo diversos hostigamientos por parte de presuntas bandas criminales que buscan extorsionarlos, como quedó reflejado semanas atrás con lo sucedido a distintos bares de Pichincha» y por «la preocupación de distintos actores especialmente en Pellegrini frente al avance de determinados grupos vinculados con el delito que podrían ser nuevos adquirentes de los fondos de comercio».
Como antecedente, recordó el caso de Andrés Bracamonte, por quien el Concejo Municipal -por iniciativa del edil- puso el foco en seis chapas de taxis que eran administradas por terceros de su entorno. Posteriormente, esas licencias de servicio público fueron incluidas por el fiscal Miguel Moreno en una causa por lavado de activos de origen delictivo.
«Corresponde a la Justicia imputar. El municipio sólo otorga habilitaciones. Pero el Estado en su conjunto no puede ser partícipe por omisión de estas maniobras anteriormente mencionadas, lo cual nos obliga a poner el foco y estar a la vigilia de que no avance la economía delictiva de las bandas que se buscan erradicar», considera Roy López Molina.
Hechos preocupantes
El actual pedido de informes fue impulsado tras la difusión de mensajes que recibieron comerciantes. «Podría tratarse de alguna banda con cierto poder que se aprovecha del terror que generan y a cambio de plata ofrecerles protección de ellos mismos, una metodología que en el último tiempo es moneda corriente en Villa Gobernador Gálvez», graficó el concejal.
López Molina expresó una «enorme preocupación porque aquello que por momentos se invisibiliza por pertenecer a la periferia tampoco nos movilice cuando tenemos pruebas de que algo está pasando en el sector comercial-gastronómico de Pichincha o en el corredor de Avenida Pellegrini».
Incluyó a estos hechos junto a otros de gravedad como la revelación de que un empresario buscaba eliminar a la competencia recurriendo a sicarios, la presencia del jefe de la barra de Newell’s en la Defensoría del Pueblo y el de «la financiera trucha de un grupo de acomodados que le vendían dólares sucios al narcotráfico».
